The Eleventh Hour of the Church
A recent phenomena is growing across our nation, House Church.
As part of the ongoing reformation of the “church”, since the days of
Martin Luther, this yet another step to get back to basics & roots
of our faith & how we connect to our community.
All
around our community there are people that confess themselves to be
bible believing Christians & do not regularly attend church. In fact
the Barna Group conservatively puts their numbers at nearly 24 million
& growing across our nation.
As
people increasingly experience isolation it is common to be lonely in a
crowd. Small groups of people literally become “sub-cultures”.
Individuals that share common interests getting together to break the
isolation experience. That is some of what the home church movement is
about. Recently an organization by the name of “Eleventh Hour Ministry”
has sprung up in our community.
The
Vision of Eleventh Hour Ministry is to create a network of home
churches. Springing up all across our extended community, from Ashfork
to Skull Valley,
from Rancho Di Amante to Cordez Jct. & beyond. We want to start in
the outline areas first. The mission of this network is to provide a
place for every person who does not regularly attend church, or feel
isolated in the crowd to have a small group in their own neighborhood to
truly connect to & grow in their involvement in the Kingdom of God.

There is a need in the Kingdom of God and among His people.
True connection to the church via life changing relationships.
Jesus commanded us to make disciples.
Our vision is to impact this extended Prescott community with a connected network of home fellowships.
Groups of people meeting in every neighborhood for the purpose of making disciples for the Kingdom of God.
Some people think that the body of Christ needs to re-think the whole subject of church.
Is it a building, facility, club, a place a person goes or does?
No, in fact it a community of believers in joint relationship with Jesus in serving the Kingdom of God.
We do not intend to re-define what it is to be a Christian..... But rather
how a Christian connects to the community of the Kingdom of God.
We believe that how the Christian connects will determine their effectiveness in the Kingdom of God.
